A dental nurse supports a dentist in all aspects of patient care, this includes getting the appropriate instruments ready, mixing materials and ensuring patient comfort, sometimes helping with reception work. To become a fully-qualified dental nurse is not difficult if you stick with us from the beginning. No medical background is needed however a you should have a pleasant personality and a can-do attitude.

NVQ LEVEL 3 In Dental Nursing

The Dental Nursing- NVQ (No.3231) is a qualification, designed to improve your career opportunities for professional development. It is all about you performing in the workplace and being assessed doing the job that you are required to meet National Occupational Standards.
 AS a DCP dental care professional is supporting other oral health members across the full range of dental treatment.

Diploma/Certificate in Primary Care Management

The two year course, City & Guilds accredited, prepares students to become a Primary Care Manager or Practice Manager in a medical environment such as a dental practice, nursing home, GP surgery or hospitals.

CACHE Unit One of Diploma in Home-based Childcare

This course is for people over 18 who wish to become registered childminders to look after other people's children. As a registered childminder you will look after one or more children under the age of 8 for more than a total of two hours a day, usually in your own home(not necessary your own house)for payment.
